Welcome to Deliver2me. By accessing or using our mobile application and web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Deliver2me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Deliver2me provides a platform that connects users with local delivery services. We facilitate the scheduling and tracking of deliveries but do not directly provide delivery services. Actual deliveries are performed by third-party courier partners.

3. User Accounts

To use Deliver2me, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Business Accounts and Teams

Business accounts may create teams and invite members. Team owners and administrators are responsible for:

• Managing team member access and permissions
• Ensuring team members comply with these Terms
• All charges incurred by team members when billed to the business

5. Delivery Services

When using our delivery services:

• You must provide accurate pickup and delivery information
• You are responsible for ensuring packages comply with applicable laws
• Prohibited items include illegal substances, hazardous materials, weapons, and items requiring special permits
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any delivery

6. Payments and Fees

By using Deliver2me:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your deliveries
• Prices are shown before you confirm a delivery
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and delivery partner policies
• We may charge cancellation fees for cancelled deliveries

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm delivery personnel or other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Submit false or misleading information

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Deliver2me is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for actions of third-party delivery partners

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deliver2me, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Your continued use of Deliver2me after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use Deliver2me will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Deliver2me shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
